Service Management and Coordination Skills

- 3 to 5 years PM experience,
- Preferably PSRN project experience
- Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
Service Management and Coordination Skills
- Demonstrated experience in I&IT service management.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.
- Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups.
- Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
- High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience in ITIL methodology
Communication and Relationship Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes.
- Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills
