his role works as part of the Project Team, assisting with the development of scope andschedule for project work on a clientaccount.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupport project executives on smaller or large complex projects andassignments.Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.Develop scope andschedule for assigned projects.

Conduct and document all weekly meetings.Coordinate and track all VendorRFP’s. 

Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files anddocumentation.Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions.

Interact and negotiate withcontractors andsubcontractorsPrepare/update project statusreports, request process purchase orders and invoices, update data in OVP for trackingreports and maintain files for due diligence andfinancials.

Demonstrate a proactive focus on client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.

Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of allPDS technology asrequired for assigned projects.Ensure accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporatefinance, accountfinance team and/or the Regional Operations Manager.

Assist Local PDS Team in meeting AGM numbers on a Regional and National level as determined on ayearly basis by the Management Executive Committee (not applicable to Accounts).Comply with all JonesLang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and businesspractice. 

EXPERIENCE5 – 10years OF practicalexperience in a projectconstruction managementposition


Hold a valid Canadiandriverslicence KNOWLEDGE,Ability to prepare and trackbudgetsUnderstanding of technical requirements for a businessrelocationFamiliarity and ability to read architectural,electrical,mechanical and structural drawingsHighly organized with strong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external andinternal clientsAbility to multi-task and work both in a team andindependentlyOrganizational skills and ability to identify and manage priorities

Excellent written, verbal communication and Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteDetail oriented HOURS |TRAVELFlexibility with work hours andtravel, as needed#LI-SP1
