Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies

Experience on how to drive change thru business functions

Experience re-engineering operational processes is a plus

Job Description:

Directs, manages, plans and administers the delivery of business and technology solutions. This includes project definition, planning, budget management, execution, implementation and communication. The position will also be responsible for building the project team and coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors and partners to deliver solutions in support of business goals and objectives.


• Direct and manage all project activities from beginning to end

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

• Applies appropriate methodology tools and templates for completing assigned project

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents

• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

• Work with resource owners to identify the resources and work required to achieve project goals

• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

• Draft and submit project forecast and recommend subsequent forecast changes as necessary

• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

• Plan, schedule and track project activities, timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Produce regular status reports and executive communications

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, manage risk and devise contingency plans

• Define project success criteria

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project

• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

• Ensure alignment to CPMO and EPLC methodology
