Our growing Hospitality Software Consulting organization is looking for Project Manager for their growing North America Consulting practice
·Understand and monitor all aspects of the company's contract/agreements with the client to include terms, conditions and all components of the client's selected solution
·Create and maintain overall Project Plan to include all aspects of the project from contract signature through installation and the sign off at project completion. Project management will include:
·Be readily available to client and project team through the span of the project
·Conduct regular forums for project updates to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget. Updates may include conference calls with client and project team.
·Create and maintain list of outstanding issues, to include product enhancements, including follow up with appropriate staff for the updates on the list and regular response to the customer
·Undergraduate degree in Hotel Operations, Business, or equivalent work experience
·Minimum five years' experience in hotel operations, preferably in management.
·Working knowledge of PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
·Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
·Project Management Certification or equivalent experience a plus
