  • Have accountability for project management coordination and execution of complex, high-visibility initiatives within InComm’s Digital Solutions division
  • Manages implementation and launch of strategic clients
  • Manages new strategic product launches
  • Manages initiatives that are new to InComm (no existing framework)
  • Lead conversations with key project stakeholders across the organization to assess strategy and impacts while building support for project initiatives
  • Create detailed business requirements documents, project charters, project plans, and other project related documentation
  • Drive cross-functional teams to execute a project and manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities
  • Monitor project status and provide regular communication to stakeholders from all levels in the organization as well as customers
  • Re-evaluate processes for further refinement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all ongoing initiatives within the division, making information readily available to the broader organization
  • Lead trainings in project process to ensure project specific knowledge is passed to functional teams as the ongoing subject matter experts
  • Capture learnings from projects and translate them into actionable positive items
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, having a solid understanding of the cross-functional impacts of any initiative to engineering, accounting, operations, customer support, logistics, marketing, and related teams within multiple divisions of the larger InComm organization
  • Work with individual departments in a consultative manner to define and document their current processes and identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, provide process training
  • Participate in change management activities associated with process improvement. Engage leadership and stakeholders to obtain support and buy in for changes. Partner with management, project champions, and process owners to align process improvement initiatives with business objectives
  • Customer facing role at times while serving as Sales support
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 3+ years demonstrated project management, leading large-scale projects/programs; understanding of full project lifecycle management
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven business acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems, and drive change in the organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple functional areas in a business, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Demonstrated experience with an end-to-end product development cycle and new product introduction
  • Strong customer service focus and the ability to communicate with highly technical as well as non-technical audiences
  • Strong technical skills and not afraid to ask questions to ensure a thorough understanding
  • Curiosity, and the ability to think of questions that may help avoid pitfalls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio or similar software
  • Knowledge in business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Ability to create business process diagrams
  • Experience managing in both Waterfall and Agile environments
  • Attention to detail with excellent time management and multitasking/prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deliver to deadlines and budgets and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision from management
  • Able to function in complex environments with minimal direction; Works well through self-directed effort
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
