This Project Manager Product Implementation will report to the IT PMO Director (PMO), and will be responsible for all aspects of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling and closing assigned programs / projects. The IT Project Manager III/ Sr. will lead medium to large sized teams to achieve goals within agreed constraints.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Facilitate the project initiation process for assigned project candidates including; project in-take, initial planning and estimation, business case, prioritization, development of the project charter and executive approval
Manage one or more assigned IT programs / projects including; planning, execution and release, monitoring / controlling, and closing
Facilitate and administrate an assigned portfolio of IT programs/projects for a specific senior stakeholder
Effect program / project lifecycle including; phase and release planning, road mapping, business requirements and design, high level design, systems and software development, and testing activities including functional / system integration testing, acceptance testing, and performance testing
Lead a team of matrix (dotted line) business and IT resources to ensure success of assigned projects / programs
Provide executive status on program / project and act as an escalation point
Collaboratively remove barriers and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, on scope and on quality
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Broad full lifecycle program / project management
- Experience managing projects in traditional waterfall, agile frameworks and hybrid approaches
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including its phases and artifacts
- Working familiarity with a key PPM tools including; MS Project and Jira though others acceptable
- Experience managing complex enterprise wide programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Experience with and a keen understanding of how to effectively manage across geographies
- Excellent communication skills and presentation experience
- Ability to multi-task and oversee diverse initiatives and individuals

Education
- BA / BS in Business or related field. MBA preferred.
Skills / Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience leading programs / projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- Agile certification is required, including one or more of the following; CSM, CPO and/or SAFe SPC
- ITIL certification preferred, including one of the following; Practitioner, Intermediate, Expert or Master
- Lean Six Sigma certification and / or experience a plus
