Job Description

Reporting to the Portfolio Director, Every Day Banking & Personal Lending & investing and partnering closely with the technology and business for the end to end technology solutions for projects/programs with significant scope and complexity.

Manage multiple small to medium projects/programs with high level of regulatory oversight typically including a significant Technology component in the bankingSpace.

This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project/Program Manager to join our team of highly skilled professionals delivering innovative solutions to various lines of business. The successful candidate will lead directly or indirectly a team of cross-business project resources consisting of Business Analysts, Business Experts and Technology Resources.

Requirements

Successfully delivered several $2-$5MM projects as a Project/Program manager within the banking space utilizing Agile methodology.

The ability to spot risks a mile away, then track those risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact to business.

The ability to engage business leaders and technology executives. Must be able to communicate comfortably and effectively. Both strong verbal and written communication skills; You need to adapt your style and messages to a diverse audience across multiple Banking departments and disciplines.

Mastered project financials, being mindful of your commitment to forecast accuracy and managing a budget. Working with your team and partners to deliver on your committed project metrics.

An understanding of the importance of appropriate governance structures and processes to ensure that the project team adopts and adheres to all defined gating, operational and service delivery processes.

Understand the need to build trust within your team and coached others to success.
