Job Description

Harmonia is currently looking for a smart and self-motivated Project Manager with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.  Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Lead team on large and small projects and provide technical and management leadership for ongoing support activities
  •  Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  •  Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set expectations and communicate clear, concise, and timely information to key constituents
  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners
  • Monitor and communicate project progress and manage risk based on scope, key milestones, schedule, interdependencies and required resources to ensure completion of projects
  •  Formulate and review project plans and deliverable items and ensures conformance with standards
  •  Accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met
  •  Explain policies, purposes, and project goals to team members
  •  Perform other duties as assigned




  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • PMP Certification
  • 5+ years of project management, business process and software engineering experience
  • Experience identifying and implementing Project Management and Agile best practices
  • Proven ability to manage Business Intelligence solutions: operational and analytical, knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional databasearchitectures
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • Consistent success in leading teams to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills
  • Experience with government contracts preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project; PPM tool(s)
