Negotiating complex multi-country contracts with our clients quickly and effectively is highly challenging; and critical to our success. It is a necessary step to unlocking major opportunities and enabling Deloitte’s continuing growth. Our Global Client Contracting Program Managers play a vital role in meeting this challenge; driving the leadership alignment, necessary infrastructure, special projects, program analytics, communications, and program management to support the network of contracting resources and successful completion of negotiations for global master services agreements (MSAs) or other complex deals. The Global Client Contracting Program Manager is a partner to our Global Easier team, network of contracting resources, Global Clients & Industries resources, and Global Businesses. The client negotiations often involve most or all our services across multiple countries, which may have different legal systems and regulations and be served by different Deloitte member firms.

Who you'll work with:
Global Businesses, Global Clients & Industries, and other Global Enabling Areas: Global Client Contracting is at the intersection of multiple stakeholders, who all work together to enable our sales process and allow our GLCSPs as our “clients” to be successful. To do this, you will need to both deliver the required work, serve with an unrelenting focus on our account success, and manage our stakeholders’ expectations effectively.
GLCSPs, Account Teams and other stakeholders in Individual Client Negotiations: GLCSPs are our “clients”, and it will be your role to help them to be successful. To do this, you will also need to work closely with the lead negotiator and other key individuals working on each negotiation.
Global Easier team members: There are three Regional Easier Teams (Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA) which make up Global Easier. On global negotiations, you will need to work closely with colleagues in other regions to enable success.
Other Global Client Contracting Program Support team: The Global Client Contracting (GCC) Program Support team enables the GCC processes, tools, and other program-level activities to be completed, like monitoring key performance indicators and communicates with leadership and the GCC network.
