  • Provide initiation, planning, monitoring, execution, direction, coordination, and control necessary for effective and efficient accomplishment of all project management requirements contained in this task order. This effort shall be consistent with the contract:
    • Develop Task Order Management Plans, MSPP schedules and Milestones for assigned projects
    • Provide a weekly activity reports which cover all tasks executed or scheduled including descriptions of progress, all results and contract schedule status
    • Develop project plans/MSPP schedules
    • Immediately escalate issues in project execution to the government PM
    • Participate in In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and other project meetings as required
    • Provide 1-2 page summary document of identified risks
    • Provide plans of action to mitigate any identified risks
  • Make suggestions to update the Division project management and RFW process guides.
  • Provide Branch Level PM support for ID61, ID62, ID63 and ID64 (Montgomery, AL).
  • Works within the project team to assist managing a project from inception, execution and delivery of NetOps solutions. These initiatives include Branch level functions of system lifecycle management, technology refresh, service assurance development coordination and service fulfillment development coordination.
  • Identifies program dependencies and risk to ensure program quality and schedule integrity.

Education, Skills and Abilities:

  • DOD Secret Clearance (TS preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor or Master's degree and five (5) years of project leadership experience
  • PMP Certification required
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with SharePoint database repositories and using SharePoint standard functionalities
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, MSPP, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of the IT Project Management Lifecycle Process and expert understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle and development lifecycles (PMLC/SDLC)
  • Experience working with distributed teams and working in an Agile environment
