What's the role?
The role of Finance Operations Project Manager, is responsible for leading Finance projects from concept thru implementation and roll-out. Projects are typically large/medium, cross-functional, and complex in nature and are expected to deliver significant benefits in terms of improving operational performance and efficiency.

What does the role involve?
Day-to-day this role will define and manage, from concept to implementation, broad scope projects across Finance Operations with high complexity and high value impact (customer/financial), strategic implications, and organizational change requirements. Lead or participate in initiatives that are part of the Glbal Finance Team Shared Leadership projects beyond the HNA scope that may impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance community at the global level

What you need is:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, required
- Minimum three (3) years experience in financial analysis and modeling, with one (1) years in Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A function, required
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced level knowledge in SAP/BI or equivalent, preferred
