JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to assist in planning and design: develop scope, plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and manage construction and renovation projects for quality control, adherence to institutional and industry standards, budget requirements and compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience.
Experience in healthcare construction preferred.
Must understand all aspects of design and construction and be able to manage a large volume of complex work simultaneously.
Computer skills are required.
