Bring your technical expertise and leadership ability to lead and manage strategic enterprise projects. You will coordinate cross-team, multi-department efforts; track project progress and maintain the timeline; manage risk; and communicate to the team and stakeholders.


  • Design and develop project work plans
  • Ensure project deliverables and work effort remain within scope
  • Organize work across the organization for Esri's strategic projects
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
  • Monitor project health and respond to identified risks
  • Remove impediments and obstacles from project path
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Align priorities and timing with stakeholders
  • Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions
  • Communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams


  • 5 years of related work experience in project management
  • Experience in an agile application development environment
  • Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
  • Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
  • Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (master's in business administration preferred)


  • PMP certification
  • Change management experience
  • Conflict resolution experience
