We are actively seeking candidates for a Project Management position which focuses on pharmaceutical marketing tools. Candidates will have at least 3 years of experience working with print and creative agencies and possess a general understanding of inventory management. Candidates should also have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of managing complex projects. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects designed to educate physicians and patients on the appropriate use of assigned brand. Previous print production experience is preferable. 


  • Proactively collaborate with Sponsors (Marketing Managers) to understand the needs of each project (including deadlines, print specifications and inventory requirements)
    • Provide process expertise while seeking efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
    • Lead Sponsors through the production process from initiation to final delivery, providing action, guidance and status reminders at every interval
    • Reply to Sponsor requests related to estimates, source files, routing schedules, job status, invoices, etc.
  • Coordinate product Label Change activities
  • Advise design agency partners on next steps and process development
  • Inventory management
  • Manage layout agency and printer throughout the production process
  • Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery at fulfillment warehouse or alternate location 


  • Partner with Sponsors, agencies, printers and fulfillment warehouse
    • Provide support when the Sponsor is planning marketing material updates
    • Assist with fulfillment and inventory management of promotional materials
  • Continual follow-up with Sponsor and/or suppliers to ensure timely project completion
  • Adhere to established service levels and key performance indicators
  • Learn and maintain proficiency with internal systems/programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience, including print production with a digital marketing background (within pharmaceutical industry a plus)
  • Proven collaboration with printers and design agency teams
  • Ability to develop appropriate strategies for accurate and on-time delivery
  • Application of strategic thinking and analytical skills to urgent project situations
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
