Facility Design and Development (referred to as D&D) is a critical part of EXOS’s business and this position will be responsible for driving the design, development and project management of new facilities and programs within our Works Division. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Facility Design and Development. The candidate for this position needs to be located in the eastern US and will work from their home office.


Main Position Responsibilities:


  • Project manage design and development projects including work-flow, scheduling, and delivery of critical information to architects and developers including Master Written Program
  • Form strong working partnership with D&D team by providing support on design projects
  • Provide CAD drawings to support D&D leads and leverage assistant design team resources
  • Manage D&D monthly invoicing
  • Interface and coordinate closely with AR/AP department to ensure effective and efficient invoicing and ordering for all projects
  • Coordinate all deliveries with Procurement Manager
  • Manage product sample program
  • Interface and manage fitness equipment and finish product vendors
  • Create and deliver equipment and finish presentations for client and architects
  • Assist Sales to schedule and coordinate D&D presentations/meetings with client team
  • Up to 30% travelrequired


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business management and/or construction management
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and in-person presentation communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work productively in a demanding environment
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational, and follow up skills
  • Mid-level experience with Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) software
