As the Project Manager, you are responsible for all Vision Care (VC) CLS Network Modeling and will be accountable for CLS network strategy, design, action plans, and associate modeling and analytics.

Your responsibilities:

•You design studies on CLS hubs, multi-echelon structures, and tax efficiencies.
•Leverage and collaborate with regional stakeholders, SMEs and network community to successfully accomplish global design activities.
•Maintain in-house expertise on the network design software/tools and ensure robust and best practices are utilized, within regional network teams, during the modeling projects.
•Maintain complete and relevant playbook on network design/strategy, ensuring all data is kept accurate and up to date through EDGE/Curve.
•Responsible for standard templates for data analyses and presentation of outcomes/recommendations from the studies.
•You ensure global and regional network teams are properly trained on tools and technologies.
•Provide guidance and coaching to the regional network teams on regional and local network studies, ensuring they share an understanding of the process being used in order to have a deeper understanding of the outputs.
•Support network analyses for integrations and divestitures as required and will also partner and support the Vision Care CLS Analytics team in development and execution of advanced analytics tools.
•Develop and maintain connections with external network modeling community.
•Maintain understanding of developments in the network modeling tools and technology area.
•Educate network team on tool functionality enhancements and will ensure CLS network community needs are incorporated and prioritized into tool provider product roadmaps.
•You are responsible for Monthly/Quarterly Network Updates to include current locations and current network projects


•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or focused degree in engineering, business, finance or supply chain disciplines preferred
•Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience required
•Network modeling and/or strong data analytics experience required
•Experience within Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation preferred
•Global mindset required, with Global enterprise or cross-sector supply chain / logistics experience preferred
•In-depth knowledge of factors that drive network decisions and trade-offs required for network decisions preferred
•Experience with network modeling tools and/or evidence of success in designing network preferred
•Experience in network design project management preferred
•Ability to influence and collaborate with regional (network) partners, stakeholders, and leaders
•Solid financial skills, including business case development with global perspective preferred
•Knowledge of data sources preferred
