About our Project Manager, Client Experience position…
Based at our corporate headquarters, you will initiate, plan, execute and control projects involving multiple people, process and technology components. Comprehend overall strategy, then align project requirements and deliverables with the strategic and tactical goals of the organization. Communicate effectively with peers, leaders and cross-organizational partners to establish and nurture positive relationships. Proactively identify business and operational gaps, and develop recommendations to present to program owners and stakeholders. Measure and be accountable for the short- and long-term project results.
