They are currently looking to fill the role of a Project Manager who will be coordinating projects for the sports and education business areas by successfully interacting and developing long term relationships with the team (Estimator, Install Manager) customers and Purchasing and SOP groups.
?Reports to the VP of Operations and has a functional relationship with Purchasing, SOP, accounting, Install manager and Estimator.
Essential job functions
? Serve as main contact with customers; interact with and develop relationships with key customers
? Manage projects overall including defining, planning, scheduling, tracking, coordinating, communications, problem resolution and providing direction to the team.
? Receive and track approved submittals? and handle any issues/follow up as necessary
? Facilitate weekly team meetings, capture notes and manage follow up actions
? Create and maintain agenda for weekly meetings
? Gather all documents for each project and maintain folder using Project MGT Software
? Maintain project budget with accounting and review with team as needed
? Request shop drawings from Customer or General Contractor to provide to CSI Team
? Brief Install Manager/Technical Installation Manager on status and any issues of project
? Create material list and work with customer service on entering customer order
? Create purchase requisitions and work with Purchasing to make sure supplies get ordered.
? Initiate payment request schedule and review AR report monthly with team including accounting

Experience/ Education/ Skills
?Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent education and experience
? Minimum of one (1) yearexperience coordinating projects or events
? Three (3) years?experience interfacing with customers
? Construction and Industry background preferred
? Excellent planning, time management/organizing skills, communication skills, read, write and communicate clearly and effectively
? Negotiation skills
? Conflict management skills
? Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
? Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Bonus if familiar with
