Cask is currently looking for a Project Manager with the following knowledge, skills and ability:
• Direct/manage all phases of contract projects or subprojects• Act as primary customer contact for all program activities• Establish milestones, monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems, and develop solutions• Make decisions independently on engineering or analytical problems and methods in support of the entire technical staff• Coordinate and integrate testing, evaluation, and analysis functions for all projects• Participate in conferences and technical meetings and provide input to Government project engineers for consideration and implementation of solutions to resolve important issues
Position RequirementsTwelve years of experience in the supervision of systems engineering, network engineering, and information assurance engineering of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4ISR) systems. This experience shall include supervising performance in some key areas, such as DITSCAP/DIACAP, DoDIIS, Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Risk Framework (DIARMF), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Common Criteria evaluations, performance of certification test and evaluations, security test and evaluations, vulnerability assessments, Cross Domain Solutions, and information technology forensic investigations across a wide range of computer systems and operating systems. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the requirements of the Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA) of 2002 and its impact on all Information Assurance activities.
