Job Description:

Responsible for enterprise-wide programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Serves as a contact to senior managers for critical change initiatives. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources and solve problems. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective project setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and tasks. Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning, risk mitigation and decisioning processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.

Seeking individuals with program/project management experience with small to mid-size teams in a matrixed environment. Ability to lead collaborative meetings with line of business and technology partners to solve problems and mitigate risks. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Individuals with experience leading regulatory change and development of controls/reporting are a plus. Ideal candidates would have experience in data management plan development and reporting/data related controls.

Required Skills:

  • 5 plus years of enterprise program/project management experience.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to shift priorities as needed.
  • Process design, remediation and improvement skills.
  • Solid relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.
  • Strong risk and governance mindset.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient.
  • Working familiarity with PPRT, ChangeScape and BAC Enterprise Change standards, hands on experience with high rigor projects and enterprise change requirements, tollgates and PTB/PTO a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and PMP certification a plus. Regulatory control plan development and oversight experience is a plus.
