BAE Systems Inc, Combat Vehicles group has an opening for a Project Manager to join our Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) team in York PA. We are looking for candidates that are interested in our mission, excited about our programs and want to grow in their career with us. You will enjoy working with us in this role as it is a vital piece in our Program Management team and will provide you an exceptional foundation for a career in Program Management.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Act as program account and work integrator/analyst.

Responsible for a wide variety of detailed program and administrative activities for relatively large and complex programs, organizations, or proposals.

Participate tracking and analyst in performance to budgets.

Monitors and controls costs and schedules.

Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.

Prepares budgets and schedules and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as variance analysis.

Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
BS or BA Degree and 5-7 years relevant experience.

Experience with Earned Value Management.

Experience with Fixed Price Contracts.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with executing projects aligned with DoD contracts.

Experience with cost account performance analysis and management.

Experience with scheduling.
