Position Description:

Responsible for establishing and leading  Digital initiatives; this includes a variety of projects including launching new products, mobile apps, transforming the consumer experience, mergers and acquisitions, web tools and portals. This role requires the ability to lead a diverse group of professionals toward one or more common goals. Providing leadership, communication, and direction are essential as the PM will be an accountable member of the project team. The ability to assess a situation, build and communicate a plan, then drive teams towards a releasedate is central to being a fit for this role.

 Partner with technology project managers to integrate project schedule and deliverables.
 Partner with business program manager to resolve program level risks, issues and dependencies.

 Exceptional project coordination, collaboration, and leadership skills, with ability to structure projects and achieve success on time and within budget
 Own and maintain project plan for Digital deliverables.
 Practice the discipline of organizing and managing resources.
 Achieve desired outcomes while dealing with conflicting expectations and constant changes.
 Using project data to make decisions that maximize project quality outcomes, minimize risks, and manage project scope, cost, and resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 Lead cross-functional project team including: channel managers, analysts, contact centers and product managers to define and execute business requirements, testing requirements and internal training and client communication requirements.
 Facilitate project meetings, set meeting agendas, and track tasks and issues to closure.
 Manage approval process from stakeholders.
 Highly proficient Microsoft project and SharePoint skills. This individual will provide detailed project-level execution and support to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
 Activities and deliverables will span the full project lifecycle, including consolidated timeline development, issues log management, critical-path development, resource and financial planning, detailed project reporting, data and industry analysis, command center set-up and operations, Proof-of-Concept programs, pilot planning and rollout, deployment planning, and meeting facilitation.
 Day-to-day Oversight of Projects
 Be considered the “go to” person to capture and ensure closure of program level issues.
 Manage project risk and develop mitigation strategies.
 Monitor project progress against plans and provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and project teams.
 Identifying interdependencies and linkages between disparate projects.
Experience Required
 5+ years project management experience in financial services working with financial tech systems.
 Cross-functional project management experience comprised of product management, technology, compliance, user experience, development, operations and customer service. Prior experience managing online and mobile projects is preferred.
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with dedicated and virtual team members.
 Highly proficient project management skills; a leader who can anticipate potential risks and issues.
 Experience with Agile methodology
 Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
 Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment.
 Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
 Strongly detail oriented, organized, and analytical.
 PMP certification (preferred).
