?        The position will be responsible for assisting with vendor management, financial analysis, and project management.

?        Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management (60%) Partner with our sourcing and finance teams to develop depreciation, maintenance, and contract renewal workflows

?        Work with CIS technical teams and vendors to develop partnership strategies to ensure CIS is receiving value from current and future agreements

?        Develop agenda and run vendor partnership sessions Drive best practice procurement management processes within CIS team Helping technical teams define requirements and complete make vs. buy analysis

?        Determine appropriate contract types and terms based on requirements

?        Assist in writing RFPs, RFQs, IFB Understand and analyze SOWs, RFPs, and other vendor procurement responses

?        Define selection criteria and processes Negotiate pricing with vendors for CIS tools Financial Analysis (25%)

?        Work with project management and technical teams to develop financial and business justification for CIS funding requests (ex. hardware, software, professional services)

?        Assist with monthly financial reconciliations (actual spend vs. budget) Work with CIS team to understand spending and prepare updated estimated spend projections Project Management (15%) Run various administrative and technical projects for CIS team

?        Collaborate with CIS personnel to assist in metric gathering and reporting.

?        Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

?        10+ years?experience in vendor management Experience in negotiation multi-million dollar IT contracts

?         Experience in managing and analyzing large corporate functional budgets > $10M

?        Knowledge and experience working with complex spreadsheets and data analysis processes

?        Knowledge of information technology and information security a plus

?        Bachelor?s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or Project Management Strong interpersonal, organizational, and excellent documentation skills are a must
