Your job:

  • Administer Jira and produce reports and dashboards as needed to ensure compliance with the Intake/Portfolio Management process
  • Assist in maturing the Intake and prioritization process
  • Work with the Product Management team, the Program Office and IT to ensure items in Jira are up to date
  • Provide relevant dashboards and reports to the Project Review Board, TQL leadership
  • Coordinate and compile regular briefings to the Project Review Board and to the business on the status of various large projects
  • Facilitate Project Review Board meetings, including interaction with Executive Leadership
  • Assist with creating ad-hoc dashboards and reports as needed
  • Conduct audits in Jira to ensure the data is accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate the development of high level roadmaps for products and business units relevant to our IT project requests
  • Educate the business on our Intake process
  • Work with Product team to house and update roadmaps
  • Work with Marketing and IT to track and report on Product metrics
  • Management of entry level projects

 

Your need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience facilitating or creating corporate processes preferred
  • CAPM or equivalent desired
  • Knowledge of the information technology field
  • At least 1 year of experience analyzing business needs, defining and implementing business process improvements and change management
  • Experience interacting with customers from all levels of the company
  • Entry-level experience with problem solving, risk or escalation management and customer service
  • Working knowledge or prior experience with system administration
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Relationship Management
  • Ability to create and run reports
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • MS Visio
  • Understanding of Jira preferred, but not required
  • Project management fundamentals preferred, but not required
  • Must have strong organizational and collaboration skills and able to manage small to large tasks and projects
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter, detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible and someone who takes initiative and leads from the front
  • Must be ethical and accountable for projects, resources and deadlines.
