Position Purpose: Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs

  • Primary responsibility is to be a technical leader, mentor, innovator for an application that your team will own.
  • Contribute and influence to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications
  • Involves working closely with the product owners and business partners to understand business need and translate those into solutions that drive business value
  • Work closely with enterprise architects to build solutions that fall within enterprise standards
  • Lead the overall solution design for assigned team
  • Responsible for build and test of applications in an agile environment
  • Conduct root cause analysis and complex performance tuning, manage technical debt
  • Involved in production support on occasion and overcoming technical obstacles
  • Mentor all team developers and conduct regular code reviews

Education/Experience:Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalentexperience. 5+years of relatedexperience.  Preferred:

  • Deep understanding of SDLC using Agile methodology
  • Full understanding of the entire application stack
  • Experience with web services, API's, and stored procedures
  • Direct experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Expert understanding of all business processes implemented in the teams applications
  • BPM (Business Process Model) experience, such as Pega
  • Healthcare experience
