Job Description

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.


This role specifically supports the F-35 EW Development programs which are part of the LOTAC Air EW Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. Working on the F-35 EW Development Programs, this role is a key part of the success of our EW development programs in the Electronic Systems Sector.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Responsibilities include:

  • Program team leader. Coordinating team meetings and reviews
  • Developing creative solutions to problems and driving change
  • Serving as the right hand man or woman to the program manager
  • Creating and influencing program baselines through earned value man
