Coordinates project activities with clients, architects developers and owners

·    Conducts site surveys, observations and condition assessments of structures

·    Communicates and coordinates with clients and consultants (e.g., architects, civil, MEP engineers, cost estimators & adjusters) to ensure clear understanding of project goals and expectations

·    Interacts with clients and team members regarding project information

·    Sets clear direction and delegates tasks to others

·    Provides guidance to team members regarding TT design standards, design technique, and quality

·    Analyzes building systems (e.g., load, wind, gravity, and geometry)

·    Reviews litigation documentation and prepares reports

·    Interprets building codes

·    Determines project, design and construction specifications (e.g., beam size, column size, etc.)

·    Coordinates and guides preparation of construction documents and reports with BIM staff, clients, and internal quality staff

·    Back checks each step of the project to ensure quality and standards

·    Ensures that project undergoes standard QA activities including design reviews, documentation and design checks

·    Monitors project progress with respect to staffing

·    Monitors financial health of project

Performs construction administration services on assigned projects

·    Responds to RFIs from contractors and subcontractors

·    Organizes and maintains logs and files for structural/architectural submittal

·    Attends construction meetings and visits job-site at major stages and phases

·    Communicates with contractors

·    Prepares field reports for clients

·    Performs site-observation for projects as assigned
