 Key Role:

Our client is looking for an individual to fill the role of Project Coordination and Communications for the program. Responsibilities of this role include definition and implementation of overall program communications and change management activities, i.e. working with stakeholders to design and develop communication deliverables and change management strategies in support of Information Security goals and objectives. In addition, otherresponsibilities for this role include the definition, coordination and maintenance of project management processes and reporting required for the Information Security. This resource is responsible for overall project deliverables and schedules to ensure project teams are meeting proposed milestones and goals.   




Education and Job-related experience:


Bachelor?s degree or combination of education and work experience in Information Technology, business administration, project management or related-field.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Graphics tools for presentations and campaigns


 Preferred Job-Related Experience:


Prior experience within a Program Management Office (PMO) or enterprise-level programs

At least 3years of experience in project management/communications/change management or equivalent experience

Ability to adapt to change in a very dynamic environment using exceptional organizational skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to learn, understand, adapt to, and communicate context-heavy material

Ability to communicate with a diverse group of professionals, and champion IS organization?s communications goals to technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner

Proven ability in leading and supporting change management planning and activities for organizations

Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while producing high quality deliverables

Develop communication artifacts, including, executive presentations, theme messages, digital communication, email communication, and marketing campaigns

Working knowledge of project management, i.e. experience in preparing project plans, facilitating project meetings, creating project status reports

Ability to update PMO documents such as program dashboards and status reports


Additional experience:

Experience in IT or Information Security Programs ? a plus

JIRA, Confluence ? a plus

Scrum/Agile methodology and principle knowledge - a plus

SharePoint? a plus
