SummaryThe Project Coordinator (PC) isresponsible for coordinating and execution portions of the client development projects through direction by the project manager and client.  Key RequirementsEstablish/practice standard projectreporting procedures to client and management (i.e. minutes, agendas, etc.).20%

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, client shipments, internal files, and project binders. 20%

  • Attend and assist in key project team meetings, client conferences and on-site visits.  Can substitute for Project Manager in leading meetings occasionally as required. 15%

  • Assist Director, PM; Sr. PM; PM(s) within the PDS team in planning, coordinating and tracking functional team activities, timelines and deliverables for each project. 10%

  • Support resolution of project issues by assisting in follow-up actions and communication internally and externally. 10%

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of MS Project client timelines. 10%

  • May manage 1-2 small scope change projects with minimal technical challenges under the guidance of a PM or Sr. PM. 10%

  • Coordinate additional project management tasks and responsibilities as required. 5%

  • Other duties as required.  

Qualifications

-Bachelors’ degree is relevant technical field OR equivalent work experience.

1 to 3 years of previous related experience.                       

3 to 5 years previous related experience and a general knowledge of a specialized function or awareness of a specialized field.                                 

5 to 10 years of previous related experienceand specialized knowledge of a specialized function or general knowledge of a specialized field.

10 or more years of previous experience, in the pharmaceutical industry and a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical product development or product transfer experience.

  • Well organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent team player.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Proficiency in the English language.

  • Proficient with general financial terms.
