Assist Director, PM; Sr. PM; PM(s) within the PDS team in planning, coordinating and tracking functional team activities, timelines and deliverables for each project. 10%
Support resolution of project issues by assisting in follow-up actions and communication internally and externally. 10%
Assist in the development and maintenance of MS Project client timelines. 10%
May manage 1-2 small scope change projects with minimal technical challenges under the guidance of a PM or Sr. PM. 10%
Coordinate additional project management tasks and responsibilities as required. 5%

-Bachelors’ degree is relevant technical field OR equivalent work experience.
1 to 3 years of previous related experience.
3 to 5 years previous related experience and a general knowledge of a specialized function or awareness of a specialized field.
5 to 10 years of previous related experienceand specialized knowledge of a specialized function or general knowledge of a specialized field.
10 or more years of previous experience, in the pharmaceutical industry and a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical product development or product transfer experience.
Well organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented.
