Brief Description

LinQuest is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The JNWC is a rapidly-growing military organization on Kirkland AFB located in Albuquerque, NM. The JNWC Jr. Project Coordinator – The Project Coordinator supports the planning, conduct, analysis, and reporting for a variety of military technology demonstrations, military exercises, and capability effects demonstrations. The JNWC Project Coordinator supports efforts to understand and characterize Navigation Warfare (Navwar) conditions and effects on a wide-variety of Government capabilities. The JNWC supports a variety of Government agencies, but is primarily focused on the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is part of a Navigation Warfare Navwar Training, Wargames, Exercises and Assessment Support Division (J7) comprised of government and contractor staff members.


  • Plan events by defining demonstration objectives and support requirements
  • Determine performance or effects that the event is analyzing and characterizing; link to operational effects or capabilities established by doctrine when possible
  • Identify systems involved in the event including capabilities and support requirements
  • Identify and define analysis in terms of Critical Operational Issues (COIs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs)
  • Identify data requirements that support analysis measures and the data source
  • Identify and coordinate test environments on an appropriate range for the intended purpose including efforts to model operational environments
  • Conduct test or demonstration events for a variety of scales from isolated single-system effects to broad system-of-system effects in a large-scale exercise
  • Verify that equipment arrived on the test site and evaluate operational conditions in preparation for testing
  • Review and analyze ground truth data; conduct daily reviews of planned versus actual test events
  • Compare data collection expectations to actual data collection in terms of amount and quality
  • Plan and conduct event data analysis to record and report operational effects
  • Determine test environment fidelity to simulate operational conditions; characterize differences and their effects
  • Convert data to operational products that incorporate performance thresholds
  • Write and produce reports that inform military community of results and determinations; informs community of future system requirements


  • 3-5 years operating Government systems that require PNT awareness
  • BA/BS degree
  • US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position

Preferred Experience

  • Technical degree or advanced degree a plus
  • Active Top Secret/SCI

Required Skills

  • Project Coordination – ability to divide project into functional areas, assign tasks, and verify readiness to deploy, and set up equipment to simulate a battlespace
  • Ability to communicate clearly using oral or written media
  • Understand military systems and the capabilities they provide
  • Test and evaluation experience
  • Military event planning and reporting

Preferred Skills

  • Experience writing military plans and reports for technology demonstrations
  • Understanding of Position Navigation Time (PNT) military systems and the capabilities they provide
  • Military system test and evaluation experience
  • Military technical test or demonstration planning and reporting
