The Project Coordinator will interface between Comac users and the Technology Solutions group and will assist in defining requirements, developing solutions, and implementing solutions. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for developing enhanced technical solutions and processes to support Comac operations and account management functions. The Project Coordinator will also identify opportunities for business process improvement and will work with other members of the Technology Solutions team to develop solutions.

  • Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in solutions development and implementation

  • Lead or assist in managing projects through entire project implementation cycle

  • Lead or assist in assessing client and user requirements to develop optimal solutions

  • Develops and executes systems tests in conjunction with otherTechnology Solutions team members

  • Conducts training in new processes for users and managers

  • Provides post implementation support

  • Resolves systems issues and problems

  • Reports to Vice President, Information Technology


  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent

  • Knowledge of logistics systems, including ordering, inventory, warehouse management, and shipping systems

  • 5 years experience with databasetechnology (MS Access, MS SQL, others), client/server

  • 5 years experience with supply chain management systems

  • Knowledge of reports and presentation of information

  • Knowledge of PC based desktop applications

  • Knowledge of reports tools, such as Quest, Actuate, Crystal, or other

  • Pragmatic

  • Enjoy technical challenges

  • Team player and team oriented with the ability to work with various diverse internal and external groups to accomplish objectives

  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team development environment, including agile programming

  • Ability to work with internal customers and accurately collect and document requirements

  • Flexible, especially the ability to change work focus to meet company goals
