Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as executive assistant to the head of Electrical Engineering
  • Plan, schedule, organize and optimize their workload
  • Ensure that the Director of Electrical Engineering has visibility to any escalated issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure there are no scheduling errors, overlaps, or conflicts on the director's calendar
  • Prioritize meeting and reschedule meetings with lower priority to ensure high priority or top actions get completed

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Four (4) or more years of experience as Executive Assistant to high-level engineering personnel
  • Excellent project planning, event planning, and budgeting abilities
  • Ability to speak German or Chinese is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve conflict and ease tension during disputes and prioritization issues
  • Experience in Engineering field or automotive industry is highly desired
