The Coordinator within Commercial Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end process for sponsorships and charitable donations (contributions) for specified departments. The Program Officer/Project Coordinator will develop a strong understanding of the web based system supporting requests, GIFTS Online, as well as the policies and procedures related to contributions.


·        The primary Program Officer/Project Coordinator responsibilities include the following:

·        Receive applications through web based tool, GIFTS Online

·        Organizes monthly Review Committee Meeting, presenting applications for review, capturing minutes

·        Process applications through the system, including sending out Agreements to Organizations, obtaining signatures, and processing payments

·        Documenting payment information in the system

·        Works with legal, compliance and budget owner to obtain compliance approvals

·        Point person for specified departments related to contributions process

·        Ensure SOP key controls are adhered to and processed in a timely manner


In addition, this position has administrative responsibilities for the system supporting requests for contributions. This role includes the following:


·        Create reports & dashboards

·        Prepare data analysis

·        Ensure accurate and timely Transparency reporting



·        5+ years managing projects or processes

·        Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization

·        Excellent in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint

·        Experience with systems, and process oriented

·        Ability to collaborate and deliver solutions in highly complex, matrix environment

·        Experience in executing on key objectives with a cross-functional scope
