Job Description :

The role of the Sr. Project Coordinator is to act as a resource to the overall Program and to support to the Program Manager and Project Managers to provide accurate tracking, reporting and communicating; enabling the Program Manager to manage budget, funding and resources to deliver products that achieve business value

General areas of responsibility:

–            Schedule and milestones

–            Budget and spend

–            Resource utilization

?             Analyze trends / Identify issues and opportunities

–             Actual spend (Capital and Operating)

–             Forecast

–             Resource utilization

–             Milestone and schedule slips

?             Communicate

–             Trends

–             Status

–             Schedule

–             Forecast

?            Assist Program Manager/Project Manager

–             Identify potential problems with budget, resource and spend and assist Project Manager in obtaining additional funding

–             Manage Planview to allocate project resources to appropriate tasks

–             Provide life to date spend and details for upcoming month forecast

–             Set standards for Project Plans; consolidate plans to program level

–             Administer Sharepoint Site
