Job Function

As part of the Transformation Program Office, the Project Analyst will partner across the team and will provide general and advanced administrative, and project support. Assignments will at times involve work of a confidential and/or complex nature, requiring discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy.

Job Skills and Abilities

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

? Must possess excellent communication, organization and writing skills

? Familiarity with financial/investment terms and concepts

?Experience working on, with, and supporting project teams across business processes and IT applications

? High attention to detail and follow through; must be resourceful, proactive, and flexible

? Able to efficiently and accurately handle and process a high volume of tasks while meeting specific deadlines

? Able to learn quickly and use/navigate several company applications and databases

? Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in work products

? Ability to interact confidently with all levels within the firm in a professional manner

? Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

?Experience and/or familiarity with Information Technology a plus but not required

Administrative Support Provide complete pro-active administrative support including:

? Pro-active assistant to multiple members of the Transformation Program Office team

?Schedule meetings and maintain multiple Outlook calendars

? Maintain executive level reporting, dashboards, business plans, and project schedules

? Produce reports and power point presentations

? Arrange team events to take place outside of work place such as staff appreciation events

? Reconcile and submit expense reports as required

?Respond to internal requests for information and/or assistance

? Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

? Interact confidentially with internal and external contacts

?Otherresponsibilities as assigned from time to time

Project Support Provide business analysis support for TPO leader initiatives

?Works with executive to maintain leader?s operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology

?Partners with Transformation Program Office team to support project deliverables based on prioritized requirements

? Tracks program financials and other key performance metrics as part of the Transformation program office strategic objectives

? Builds project plans and tracks critical milestones

? Documents meeting minutes and follows up on action items

? Analyze, translate, and document business requirements

? Analyzes and documents process flows

? Documents user manuals to describe operating procedures as part of overall business process change
