Responsibilities

Coordinate all phases of dealer and/or non-dealer projects with customer, material control and the plants.

Maintain constant contact with customers to meet the various requirements of the order from receipt of purchase order to shipment of material

Enter and maintain sales orders including engineered orders in CBS JDE/ (JD Edwards)

Coordinate the Company?s resources to resolve problems in a proactive manner

Work withother teams including Engineering & Design, Pricing and Credit to ensure smooth order processing

Qualifications

College degreepreferred or 2years experience

Knowledge of CBS (J. D. Edwards) sales order entry

Proficient in math

Familiarity with drawings

Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Good customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
