- Work in cross-functional teams to gather and document software and reporting requirements.
- Work with various departments to identify areas of process improvement.
- Design, develop and validatereports.
- Create and maintain web applications with MSSQL backend.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards for business intelligence.
- Manage user rights within Deltek products. Including Alutiiq financial system and reporting.
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure business needs will be met promptly
- Support and maintain existing reports, software, and databases
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results.
- Maintain and create API integration with core business systems.
- Develop and distribute support documentation for applications and software patches created in-house.
- Respond to all support ticket requests within the time frame outlined in our IT support policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Minimum five years work history in relevant application development, reporting, and integration environment.
- Strong background in software development and relational databases required.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Proficiency in analyzing data with Excel
- PreferredExperience: Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos, SSRS, PowerBI
- Other Development Tools: Github, Visual Studio, SSMS, Report Builder, Azure
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
