Bachelor?s degree plus 5 or more years of experience in project coordination and management (or equivalent experience)

o       Arizona State Project Management Certification

o       Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Responsibilities;

  • ?Facilitates project management within operations
  • Conducts JAD sessions with operations staff for functionality requirements and priorities
  • Reports project status
  • Create project schedules
  • Tasks employees and contractors with work related to the project
  • Facilitate communication from program team members to IT staff and contractors
  • Assist in the oversight of contractor deliverables and activitiesAccount Management and support for Contractors
  • Data analysis and reporting for program partners when required
  • Work with Product Owners and Business Units to understand needs and ensure success
  • Research and Analysis:
  • Track site performance and usage metrics, track new impact of new feature rollout
  • Identify key performance metrics and work with the Teams to generate
  • Research and analyze opportunities for improvement
