Responsibilities:

Theschedulerwill create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Asthe program continues todevelop theSchedulerwill actively monitor multiple development schedules across several contracts. This will assist with aligning and synchronizing theoverall Program master schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate theintegrated masterschedule, review task orders and analyze production planning inputs.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of theschedulingprocess and performance.
  • Create and executeschedulingprocesses according to the program office business strategies.
  • Track contractor task deliverable progress, risks, and milestones
  • Attend meetings to capturescheduleissues, risks, and status.
  • Provides input on risks issues, and predecessor requirements of task orderschedules.
  • Presentsscheduleinformation briefs to government customers, management, and senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Work with contractors' schedulers to synchronize master schedules across multiple projects/contracts
  • Inputs new task orders into the masterschedule.
  • Drive accurate milestone deliverable forecasts.
  • Establish and document the process for developing, maintaining and updating the masterschedule.
  • Conductsschedulemeetings withProgram Manager, contractors,and systems engineer staffto gatherscheduledata forschedulingnew tasks.
  • Develop high levelscheduletools that will measure milestone criteria from start to finish.
  • Identify potentialschedulingand resourcing issues


Qualifications:

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

US Citizen with a current TS/SCI Clearance and Poly

Experience:

  • Required 5+ years- experience working as aprojectscheduler.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications such asProject, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Understanding ofProjectWork Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Must be able to retrieve status updates and accurately enter into masterschedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
