Analyze the assessment, definition, development, and implementation of systems security engineering (SSE) requirements. Analyze the development and implementation of a program protection plan (PPP) preparation guide, critical program information (CPI) determination matrix, risk assessments, manuals, and analysis tools, including CPI and component analysis and checklists. Assist with assessing and updating PPPs, engage in reviewing CPI issuances, and analyze the updating and development of new guidance for client work. Analyze the preparation of PPP and CPI guide documents and issue papers and provide onsite assistance to the client program in the execution of program protection activities in compliance with DoD requirements. Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities discovered by vulnerability analysis tools and develop appropriate remedial countermeasures in the PPP. Perform facility access control administration for the client's regional site and prepare and process requests for security badges, visit authorization requests, and the client's outprocessing checklist.
-8+ years of experience with implementing SSE requirements based on performance work statements, including physical, personnel, information, industrial, and general
-Experience with assessing security provisions in technical reviews, specifications, engineering and test plans, design, program deployment actions, and acquisition plans and documents, including statements of objectives (SOOs), statements of work (SOWs), requests for proposal (RFPs)
-Experience with developing training plans
-Ability to assist with updating PPPs, CPIs, and component issuances for client protection
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
