Primary point of contact between Sales and Manufacturing teams. Ensures customer orders are accurately placed and design requirements are validated, coordinates production schedules and material deliveries, and works to resolve any potential interruptions in the schedule to ensure on time delivery of tools to the customer. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional working groups to resolve problems; such as material shortages and design changes; as they arise to minimize impact to the production schedule and customer delivery timelines.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
