Job DescriptionThis role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, and will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
The Program Management role will be responsible for the support of Production contracts within the Mission Computing family of programs, which will support our domestic and international customers. This position has the responsibility for the leadership and management oversight of a project team assuring that project's financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments.
The candidate must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, and all Program Office functional leadership to assure deliveries continue to exceed customer commitments and achievement of financial commitments to the company. The selected candidate manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes projects for Production hardware within the Mission Computing portfolio. The Program Manager I participates in supporting new business initiatives and contributes to the development of proposals.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Drive the execution of production hardware programs, and non-recurring Engineering (NRE) contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of customer requirements.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics, with full responsibility for financial and operational performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements, including program status updates, performance reviews, and issue resolution. There may be up to 10% travel, including international.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills while interfacing with program team members, company personnel, suppliers, and customers.

- Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers, and key customer stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop executable Statements of Work (SOWs) for proposal pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, government regulations, and customer contracts.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor of Science degree with minimum 3 year of relevant Program/ Project Management/ Cross-functional or similar experience.
- Successful, proven past performance in leading and managing multi-discipline project teams.
- Experience in project management, earned value management, risk management, and supply chain & subcontract management.
- Strong presence and communication skills with leadership, including oral presentations and written correspondence.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Preferred Skills and Education- Master of Science and/or MBA and 5 years of Defense Industry experience.
- Detailed knowledge of the defense aerospace market and experience working with US Navy program offices, or other Armed Services Program offices.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management and ETC/EAC processes.
- Experience on Production programs.
- PMP certification.
