PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (ATEA) Program office [Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/XZZ)] leads the DoD technology development and exploration efforts to protect program information from compromise when in fielded systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interacts with technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Service leads within the Army, Navy, Air Force & National Laboratories
  • Supports development and establishment of Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA) and other Independent Research and Development (IRAD) contract vehicles with the goal to build partnerships supporting Government laboratory assessment and technology development for transfer to industry
  • Organize, plan, and support strategy and policy meetings among DoD organizations Service leads, Service Lab and their SMEs, and select industry leadership to develop and communicate guidance/strategy across the ATEA community
  • Determines level of support to Foreign Military Sales programs
  • Provides project management support to on-going technology development and assessment projects via scheduled technical reviews and working group meetings
  • Develops and maintains a roadmap for specific DoD-related technology development areas within the Service laboratories
  • Interacts with select industry partners to establish and support technology development reviews and technical interchange meetings relating to DoD areas of interest
  • Applies industrial security policies and procedures; updates security classification guides
  • Develops Government Request for Proposal packages and conducts technical evaluations of contractor proposals

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Security Clearance: Secret

  • SECRET security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation within the last six years and the ability to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) access and apply for a TOP SECRET clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience OR
  • Master's Degree with 8 years of related experience

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • TOP SECRET security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and background investigation current within the past 6 years
  • 12 months of Special Access Program (SAP) experience within the past 5 years
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management
  • DoD Acquisition Program Office experience
