We are seeking a driven and experienced Program Manager to support creative campaign initiatives for a major telecommunications company. This person will oversee campaigns that will drive digital purchases (including devices, limited-time offers, service plans, and accessories), improve the customer experience, and tell our client’s story of innovation in their space. Our ideal Program Manager is equal parts process geek and people-person and possesses deep experience with high-quality digital creative production at scale.



  • Partner with an internal digital content studio and external creative agencies to manage high-volume, quick-turn creative digital marketing campaigns – executing against deliverables through influence, attention to process detail, and relationship-building
  • Manage complex requests and feedback rounds for digital creative campaign work on consumer-facing web and ecommerce properties, social media, CRM, display, etc.
  • Communicate complex topics with clarity by leaning on your ability to inspire and persuade others
  • Work with partners throughout the organization to ensure alignment on deliverables and effective execution of holiday campaigns
  • Drive and monitor execution across multichannel campaigns, including creative and content feedback consolidation, functional reviews, etc.
  • Oversee status/initiative health, escalation/risk, and performance reporting for marketing campaigns, including working with external partners and internal tools
  • Monitor multiple schedules daily to ensure that workstreams are staying on track
  • Partner with multiple agencies on strategy and execution for all marketing initiatives
  • Direct and delegate to both agencies and internal individual contributors



  • 5-7+ years of related program management experience in creative marcom, direct, digital and/or integrated marketing within an agency setting
  • Experience with communication, workflow and creative asset management systems – such as Workfront, Adobe AEM, ProofHQ, and Slack – as well as ticketing systems such as Assembla or JIRA
  • Previous success in managing large seasonal consumer marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentations skills including being comfortable developing and presenting materials to stakeholders – including Director and VP-level senior leadership
  • A proven track record of partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, external marketing agencies, executive stakeholders, and execution partners
  • Strong capacity for leading change, dealing with ambiguity, and proactively recommending creative solutions versus waiting for direction from others
  • Highly organized with strong writing, influencing skills, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of handling highly complex and multi-faceted projects
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a large organization with a large number of stakeholders and review cycles, including building relationships across multiple functional areas – such as Brand, Legal, Product, PR, Marcom, Merchandising, Finance, and/or other corporate ecosystem partners
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, PMP, or other related certifications a plus
  • T-Mobile experience (both agency and/or corporate) a major plus
