AOTMP is seeking an experienced, high energy, self-motivated and innovative candidate to join the team as a Program Manager for our Efficiency First vendor practice. The Program Manager will work as an integral part of the Global Services delivery team and will be responsible for management and results of our vendor-client experience. This is a client focused position, with 80% of contact over the phone and the remainder visiting our largest vendor customers.


  • Build the Efficiency First? delivery practice for our vendor clients
  • Manage and build client relationships with our vendor clients
  • Own the delivery of our Efficiency First? Vendor Solution Certification Program
  • Manage Efficiency First? Engine vendor clients and their subscriptions to AOTMP University, Tools & Research and other Engine modules
  • Drive 90% renewal rates of our vendor client subscribers to the Engine
  • Ensure client satisfaction is ?10?; increase and monitor client satisfaction ratings
  • Become intimately familiar with the clients? environment, needs and business as well as strategic objectives
  • Mobilizing, orchestrating, motivating, and developing the correct group of inter-company professionals to assist client?s current and future needs
  • Commitment to client excellence through delivering high quality outcomes at all times
  • Cultivate existing relationships with clients; identify new sales opportunities and work with the sales team as the delivery team member to close those opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies between AOTMP and Clients.
  • Participate in ongoing design of AOTMP services, acting as the voice of the customer
  • Assist in pre-sales discussions with clients as SME (subject matter expert)
  • Identify opportunities for new types of research through client dialogue


  • Position located in Indianapolis, IN
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or Wireless Mobility Management (WMM) industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years of strategic account management experience in telecom, IT, network, mobility, process improvement, business information or other service (non-tangible) or subscription related business
  • Maintains current knowledge and expertise in telecom and IT trends, services, products, issues aligned to clients? environments
  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and/or orally, both in one-on-one and group presentation situations, including client and partner executives at the CxO level
  • Must have a strong desire to be successful and have the do-whatever-it-takes attitude
