Overview
Criteo is seeking a Talent Management Program Manager. This role will collaborate with our People Partners to continue growing Criteo’s talent development and succession planning programs, in addition to many other talent management initiatives. What you'll do

  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the enterprise- wide talent management strategy
  • Identify program success criteria, designs program strategy, and establishes goals and metrics to measure performance
  • Develop change management strategy spanning across program offerings and facilitates/manages execution in the business
  • Partner with HR systems team to create tools, processes and reports to support the program’s desired outcomes
  • Communicate programs to senior leadership, organizes and participates in information summits, and oversees content updates in relevant portals
  • Assess the ongoing effectiveness of a large and complex program including managing program costs and tracking key metrics
  • Refine strategies and develops new solutions to improve cost efficiency and ensure the program is delivering results that are aligned with the success criteria
  • Analyze performance, assessment and talent data, facilitates talent planning/calibration sessions and addresses executive and employee talent gaps
  • Manage projects of high complexity that promote the effectiveness of programs
  • Evaluate major process improvement and strategic proposals from within the business and functions to determine enterprise-wide viability

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in an HR function and/or a generalist role
  • Experience delivering complex programs to a large business, preferably global
  • Passionate about helping others develop
  • Enjoy managing large scale global programs and partnering across businesses
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into operational plans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of strong project management and process development skills
  • Capable of delivering a program to a large employee population
