Program Managers are high performers that consistently demonstrate their competency by growing key TrialCard accounts as well as driving improvements and enhancements for the betterment of our Strategic Accounts Business Unit.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage TrialCard services to achieve patient engagement program objectives relative to overall brand strategy as well as analysis of competitive landscape
  • Participate in face to face client meetings, engage with clients independently on periodic business reviews and building new, innovative tactical initiatives
  • Manage the program budget with providing recommendations to execute the programs financial strategy and control cost
  • Provide detailed analytics for program performance insights and key enhancements to support client business decisions
  • Build long-term sustainable relationships with customers as a trusted business advisor to retain key TrialCard accounts
  • Set-up, maintain and deliver subscription based reporting and create adhoc Excel reports to meet client’s desired intent
  • Provide insights on program performance and enhancements, as well as analysis of competitive landscape
  • Develop best practices to improve program processes internally within TrialCard and externally with vendors
  • Interact with cross functional pharmaceutical brand team members on a regular basis to ensure knowledge and operational performance are being maintained
  • Partner with Business Development: assist in the development of overall account strategy to identify future account growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with Finance: execute elements of the forecasting, invoicing and reconciliation according to program needs
  • Coordinate with Analytics: must be able to understand how patient affordability/copay business rules affect patient behavior, speak analytic language to describe to analytics team analysis, enhance data designs to prove theories and convey findings to client team
  • Liaise with internal Operations and IT teams: launch new programs, make modifications and additions to existing programs, scope the level of effort for the modification to the program and gathering accurate business requirements
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate completion of account deliverables by ensuring TrialCard internal teams have the necessary assets and resources available for success to meet program deliverables
  • Lead in the development of key project documents including but not limited to project plans and client status reports
  • As appropriate, work with Strategic Accounts colleagues and Business Development with scheduling meetings, presentation development, preparing agendas and coordinating client events
  • Assist with development of product plans and take initiative to further self-education to add value to strategic brand planning (i.e., understanding of product indications, marketing plans, and competitive knowledge)
  • Conduct internal and external kickoff meetings and deliver project requirements established by the contract
  • Build an enterprise level relationship through instilling trust and confidence for strategic value buyers
  • Measure, and monitor key performance indicators to develop data-driven recommendations that promote new offer and production design and innovation as well as program insights for program consulting purposes
  • Understand and communicate the medical and regulatory approval process for assigned clients and be able to design and communicate a successful and expedient process

Understanding of AE/PQC processes and importance of its integration in any patient engagement program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, marketing, communications and/or coursework related to healthcare, patient engagement or pharmaceutical industry is preferred, not required
  • Strong academic achievement combined with campus leadership and/or community involvement
  • Demonstrated informal leadership of cross-functional teams that are not direct reports
  • A minimum of 1 year work experience within the healthcare industry or related field
  • Able to multi-task in a faced paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team
  • Basic understanding of digital communications and media channels preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (extensive Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Possess a commanding knowledge and expertise in all TrialCard systems and services preferred
  • Program or Project Management experience of 5 or more years is required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Effective time management
  • Budget management and/or financial accounting skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to be flexible within the rapidly evolving pharma industry
  • Computer or technical knowledge
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven cross-functional team leadership skills
