What You Will Do

The SP Buying Program Manager is responsible for development and ongoing management of the Managed Service Licensing Agreement (MSLA). The MSLA PM will set overall strategy and direction of the program by understanding the needs of our MSP segment. The PM will need to work with different Product Managers to on board their offer into the program ensuring that the offer meets the specific needs of our MSP customer and can work within the MSLA structure. The PM will also need to work across various organizations including but not limited to Services, Tax, Compliance, Legal, Operation and IT. The PM will be responsible for developing business requirements for any development that is required to enhance the program.

You get to work with a multitude of organizations giving you wide breadth of all that Cisco has to offer. You will work closely with Cisco product management teams to a post-paid licensing model that is specifically designed for Manage Service Provider consumption. You also will work with cross-functional teams to enable the offer.

Who You Are

  • 8-10+ years of meaningful work experience in product management, offer enablement, or program management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, high energy, good facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • BS/BA required; MBA a strong plus
  • Experience working at or with Service Providers
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large and cross-functional teams to set direction, plan & communicate
  • Proven experience influencing cross functional leaders
  • Solid track record of leading strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Fun, high-energy personality; outstanding teammate that works well in collaborative situations
