Senior Program Manager - SIG Strategy and Business Operations
Program Management, Business Transformation & Operations
Provide programmatic governance and management for initiatives which drive SIG’s strategic objectives. Review and assess functional teams’ submitted cases for change. Act as operations oversight and approver for product release milestones in the Execution Framework, with particular emphasis in areas associated with entitlement management, product licensing and order fulfillment. Conduct regular Business Process Reviews which assess progress of projects impacting major programs in SIG. Work closely with IT to address reprioritization & resource challenges as needed.
Subject Matter Expertise: Consult on major product lifecycle decisions such as introduction of new business models, major obsolescence plans, and repackaging initiatives.
Corporate Business Continuity & Resiliency: Coordinate with functional representatives to keep plans up to date. Attend weekly corporate meetings. Ensure functional leads meet required audit & plan review obligations driven by corporate team.
Drive Day One readiness by capturing deliverables for functional leads due at the end of Due Diligence. Identify gaps in required people, systems and workflows to ensure business continuity & new employee productivity. Address cross functional team & Corporate team dependencies and align priorities. Create 3 year acquisition integration plan based on acquisition’s strategic intent defined at the time of Deal Approval. Build milestones & timelines with cross functional leads, paying special attention to Execution Framework related items which pertain to product-centric, revenue generating activities and meeting financial obligations associated with Deal Approval. Facilitate regular cross functional integration meetings & attend focused functional team meetings with Corporate counterparts. Provide quarterly updates to Corporate Business Development team’s update to Board of Directors.
