Within contract management excellence the development and deployment globally of an online contract repository is a crucial workstream. As workstream program manager you are responsible in driving Medtronic wide a capability standard across the globe.
A Day in the Life
We offer you a position where you will build up expertise and know-how around online contract repository capabilities, best practices, integration needs with other strategic capabilities, current and future requirements across BU and geography, with the aim to develop the repository across the globe which is consistent in approach, scalable and fit for future developments, in a cost-effective and harmonized manner.
You will work closely within the overarching sales contract management excellence initiative, ensuring alignment with the strategy and priorities set by the global steering committee, consisting of business, functional, and IT leaders.
You for responsible for establishing a multiyear business case, defining BU and geography scope, project planning, and deployment schemes.
As the SME you ensure strong documentation, process mapping, and will act as internal consultant on this topic, also acting as change agent and (co-)leading some of the required change management activities.
The workstream program manager position reports into the Global Contract Management Excellence Program Lead.
• Minimum of 7 years of Project management experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Process and technology design experience, from a functional or I/T perspective
•Ability to travel up to 50% internationally
